Gossip Box
Starseed features an In Universe "radio" program that is hosted by a mysterious NPC. This NPC - who goes by the name "Heartshriver" - can divulge useful information about what is going on throughout Abystine. (Player Plots, current news, NPC opinions of players, and more.) Who is Heartshriver? No one really knows for certain. He certainly makes sure to keep his identity a secret.
What is certain is that Heartshriver loves gossip. Sometimes he finds the local news boring and would prefer to mix it up a little!
Heartshriver accepts submissions from listeners that he will discuss on his show. It's the equivalent to a gossip column and can have observations from NPCs, speculation, and gossip! If you would like to submit a bit of gossip to be publicly discussed on the local radio show, feel free to submit a comment below!
ICly, you can either call Heartshriver on your communication device, or you can hunt down an NPC named "Gully". Gully is a Sea Gull that will follow the Starseeds from city to city. She will always seem to pop up when you need her. ...Very strange.
This gossip can be something your character has observed/thought/felt, bits that your character writes (yes they can submit fan fiction) or it can just be something that you, as a mun, wants to submit. Either or!
Before you submit deeply personal information about a character such as history or strength/weaknesses, please check with the mun for that character!
